Some of your employees, like Shift Leaders and Office Staff will need more advanced access to features within BarSight. You can create new groups, or modify the ones that come pre-installed to suit your needs.
Access Levels
Each page in BarSight is displayed next to slider to allow you to define what level of access to give to a particular access group. Most pages allow for either No Access or Full Access, but some pages allow for a varying degree of access.
- You can slide the slider all the way to left for No Access, all the way to the right for Full Access. If the page allows for Limited Access, the slider can be set in the middle. A description of what the group can / can't do is explained beside.
- Some pages are required, so they are greyed out and not available to be modified.
